This program is great to have the convenience of not needing to do any cooking, in addition to knowing your eating good quality properly, portioned meals.

All of the meals, are grain free, gluten free, soy free, and dairy free , we assure you however they are not flavour free. These are real food meals, nothing like a lean cuisine or weight watchers meal.

If you are serious about making changes and seeing the results you want, this is the place to start. Take an honest assessment of how much money you spend on food in a week? How about a month? Do you buy your lunch at work? Get caught out running errands hungry with nothing to eat and have to buy something on the fly? Buy a coffee and snack? Are your eating habits getting you where you want to be? Now factor in how much time you are spending at the gym every week? How much are you spending on the gym per month? How this works-Eat when you’re hungry, and stop when you are no lunger hungry not stuffed. The meals are one size, however, you may not need the entire meal at one time, slow down and listen to your body.

FullSizeRender-32“When I had been doing Crossfit for about a year without seeing the results I had been hoping for, I knew it had to be my diet. When a friend told me about Sabretooth Paleo I was intrigued. The meals looked delicious and healthy, and I thought it would be a great way to get me started on a Paleo lifestyle. I signed up for the 4 week kick start program where all five of my daily meals were planned for me. It was very convenient to be able to pull food from my freezer for the day. The first few weeks were challenging but Sam and Sharmain were encouraging and supportive. I felt lethargic, nauseous, tired, cranky and emotional. I didn’t realize how unhealthily I had been eating for years and the toxins in my body were making their way out. The weight started shedding off quickly and has continued to shed over the past 15 weeks. After my one month enjoying Sabretooth Paleo foods ended, I continued with the same paleo diet. I incorporated what I learned about portion sizes and nutrition and started making bulk paleo recipes on my own. I portion the food out into containers and freeze it so that I always have meals and snacks on hand. In 15 weeks I have lost over 30 pounds and my body continues to lose unwanted fat. I feel amazing. My workouts have greater intensity and my recovery period has shortened. I sleep better. My skin is clear and my energy level is through the roof. Thank you Sam and Sharmain for assisting me in my health journey. Aside from amazing tasting food and yours and Sam’s continuous support, honestly I was skeptical at first because of past experiences with eating paleo. Around days 3-7 I found myself to be hungry at times, not surprisingly though as I was eating double the amount of food before SP, after that I started to settle into the portions and regular eating times. around my second delivery I couldn’t believe how much I felt like I had shrunk, it was like my body had gotten rid of all the crap it had been holding onto, I wasn’t swollen any more. The past two weeks I have learnt the importance of portion control and fat intake. Which I may have been slightly misconceived about previous to SP. I loved that I was able to go out with friends and enjoy a meal and know that I didn’t blow it because my next meal was ready and waiting for me. I didn’t need to plan anything out and that made it super easy to stay on track!
